So you like your rice, your fettucini, your garlic bread or your baked potatoes. But rumor has it that these are the foods that keep you from trimming the love handles that you want to see go away so badly. Well there is good news for you starchy food lovers out there. You can eat what you want and still burn the fat. I am talking about a carb blocker diet.
No it is not some magical pill that lets you eat whatever you want and you burn fat with no other effort. But it is a diet pill that can help your body to not absorb all of the carbs that you eat. Dietrine is the name of this diet pill and this carb blocker diet works.
Dietrine is made up of a supplement called Phase 2. This supplement is produced out of the white kidney bean. It has been tested and proven in clinical trials to help your body block sixty six percent of the carbs that you ingest from being absorbed by the body. So if you are trying to shed some extra pounds but find it a struggle to stay away from those carbohydrates that you love then this will help.
After we eat our digestive system turns carbs into sugar. Our body then either burns these sugars throughphysical activity or keeps them stored as fat cells. This where we either gain some weight or have a hard time trying to trim any love handles. This is where a carb blocker diet takes over to help.
What is crucial to keep in mind is this is only part of a larger weight loss strategy. If you are going to try to go on a diet then you also have to start applying a good eating routine and some regular exercise. The carb blocker diet will not do everything for you. Neither will any weight loss supplement.
Another tid bit of advice is to lose butterfingers, cookies and ice cream. It is one thing to have some help to block the carbs it is another to riddle yourself with junkfood. Ditching these is going to have even a further positive affect on the goals you have for yourself.
One final note before I get out of here. I know that physical exercise is not necessarily high on the list of fun things to do but there are even more benefits that come with the whole carb and calorie thing when you do. When one is exercising on a regular basis, our body starts to add benefits to the carbs we are blocking and the calories we are cutting. The body will start to use more carbs when we exercise and will also start to absorb less carbs when we eat. And that is on top of the carbs that the body is not absorbing because of the Dietrine, or carb blocker diet. This also goes for calories as well. You start to burn more and absorb less.
